About Department

The Financial Supervisors Academy (FSA) is licensed by Malta Further and Higher Education Authority (MFHEA) and operates as a professional training academy. It offers specialised training programmes, delivered through a robust, evolving curriculum that aligns with MFSA’s mandate, international regulatory trends and best practices. The FSA is the cornerstone of MFSA’s dedication to cultivating a skilled, knowledgeable, and proactive regulatory workforce.

About the Role

As Junior Assistant you will be tasked with the following responsibilities: 

• Help with training registrations and scheduling.

• Support communication with staff and external participants.

• Assist in updating training records and dashboards on SharePoint.

• Help collect and organise training-related data.

• Take part in planning and promoting training events.

• Any other duties as may be assigned by senior management as may be required.

About You

You are a dynamic team player who is energetic and motivated to contribute with creative solutions. 

You will have a passion in Training, Accounting, Financial Services or a related field, and are currently in the stage of obtaining a qualification in a relevant field at National Qualification Framework Level 6 or better, duly certified by the Malta Qualifications Recognition Information Centre (MQRIC) or a widely recognised professional qualification at a comparable level.

The selected candidate will be given opportunities to learn and be trained for the role, through various mechanisms which the Authority holds, such as, the Financial Supervisors Academy and also on the job training.
