The Data Management and Business Intelligence function ensures timely and effective decision-making across the Authority through more effective data and records management, and business intelligence reporting, to support risk-based supervision. The team is responsible for driving data governance, data quality management and integrity, as well as data architecture. The function also manages a centralised data warehouse and BI analytics platform to provide ongoing insights, analyses and operational dashboards for end users.
Job Purpose:
At the MFSA, data is at the core of what we do. The role of Deputy Head – Data Innovation and Strategy recognizes the commitment of the Authority to recognize data as a valuable asset that can be developed and managed to deliver value to the organization. This role will support the Head of Data Management & Business Intelligence in driving and implementing the Authority’s Data & AI programme. The Deputy Head will also play a crucial role in fostering a data-driven culture within the organization.
